We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Executive – Academic to support academic operations and contribute to the overall academic success of the institution.

QUALIFICATION

- Postgraduate (PG) degree mandatory
- 3 to 5 years of experience in academic administration, course management, training coordination, curriculum development, or educational program management.

- Excellent English communication and language proficiency
- Experience in teaching, training, academic coordination, or curriculum development
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple academic initiatives simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)





- Manage end-to-end academic course operations
- Develop and review course modules, academic content, and learning materials
- Coordinate trainer/faculty identification, hiring, onboarding, and capability development
- Plan and oversee training sessions, workshops, and academic schedules
- Ensure smooth session coordination between trainers, learners, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain academic quality standards and continuous course improvement
- Support research and content enhancement initiatives.

Responsibility Span

- Management of LMS-based learning programs
- Coordination and administration of offline training and academic courses
- Monitoring learner engagement, course delivery, and completion standards
- Ensuring consistency in academic processes across online and offline learning environments
