Oxford is currently Looking for – Purchase Officer for Mumbai H.Q.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Processing of Requisition for Raw Material & Packing Material.
- Preparing the Purchase orders for all the Raw material and Packing material IN the ERP SOFTWARE.
- Coordinating with the suppliers for the dispatch details of the material and following up with the transporters for the delivery of the materials to factory locations.
- Updating the status sheet of the purchase orders.
- Collecting the documents from API/Packing material Vendors that are required for Factory records.
- Maintaining COA record for Raw Material & excipients.
- Sourcing recent vendor.
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:
- A Graduate with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in Pharma Industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) , Knowledge of Tally.
