- Ensure early and consistent contribution from the first month.
- Plan and track regional business performance and forecasts.
2. Gross Margin Improvement (25%)
- Achieve minimum 1% YoY improvement in regional gross margins.
- Improve margins through pricing discipline, upselling, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure current business is margin accretive.
3. Collections & DSO Management.
- Ensure timely collections as per agreed credit terms.
- Maintain healthy DSO through coordination with finance and operations.
4. Client Retention & Satisfaction.
- Ensure zero or minimal client churn.
- Manage escalations and maintain positive client satisfaction scores.
5. Billable Employee Retention.
- Reduce site-level attrition of billable employees.
- Improve workforce stability and customer satisfaction.
6. Technology Implementation.
- Lead successful technology rollouts (e.g., Field IQ) at site and regional levels.
- Drive adoption, compliance, and measurable outcomes
7. Governance, Quality & Process Compliance.
- Drive timely closure of helpdesk tickets.
- Ensure strong quality audit and compliance scores.
8. Leadership & Stakeholder Management.
- Lead and align with cross-functional teams.
- Drive strategy execution and performance accountability.
