Position: Warehouse Manager

Location: Wadki Godown, Pune

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Experience: 1–5 Years (Preferred)

Requirements:

- Any Graduate / HSC / Diploma (Preferred)
- Prior experience in warehouse, godown, inventory, or store management is preferred.
- Experience in the steel, hardware, welded wire mesh, or construction material industry will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
- Valuable mathematical and calculation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock records and work under deadlines.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check and record all inward material received from the factory.
- Verify outward material by matching invoices with physical stock before dispatch.




- Ensure the correct material and quantity are loaded for delivery.
- Maintain accurate daily opening and closing stock records.
- Monitor inventory movement and report stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and operations team for smooth material movement.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain stock registers and inventory reports.
- Support stock audits and physical inventory verification.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
