- Vishram Management Group (VMG) owns and operates supermarkets, restaurants, and retail businesses across the United States. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Executive to manage product pricing, invoice verification, and payment reconciliation across our US operations.

About the Role

- The Pricing Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate product pricing, verifying invoices, reconciling vendor payments with bank transactions, protecting profit margins, and improving pricing and financial processes. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, accurate, and capable of identifying and resolving discrepancies independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and maintain product pricing in company systems.
- Review vendor costs and update selling prices to maintain target margins.
- Verify customer and vendor invoices for accuracy.
- Match vendor invoices with purchase records and approved pricing.
- Reconcile invoice amounts with bank debits and payment records to ensure accurate payments.
- Investigate and resolve pricing, invoicing, and payment discrepancies.
- Maintain price books, product master data, and pricing records.
- Analyze pricing, costs, margins, and vendor spending.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly pricing, invoicing, and reconciliation reports.




- Coordinate with purchasing, accounting, operations, and finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing, invoicing, and payment policies.
- Maintain complete accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in pricing, invoicing, accounts payable, finance, billing, or reconciliation.
- Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during US business hours.
