About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Art Director to lead the visual direction of branding, advertising, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent conceptual thinking, and the ability to guide a creative team in delivering impactful visual communication across multiple platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction

- Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for branding, advertising, digital marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Lead the visual execution of campaigns from concept to final delivery.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Present creative concepts and design rationale to internal teams and clients.

Design & Execution

- Design high-quality creatives for digital, print, branding, packaging, outdoor advertising, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity across all communication channels.
- Review and refine creative assets to ensure quality and attention to detail.
- Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Team Leadership

- Mentor, guide, and provide constructive feedback to graphic designers and junior creative team members.
- Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, photographers, videographers, and client servicing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Client Collaboration

- Understand client briefs and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative creative ideas.




- Incorporate client feedback while maintaining creative integrity.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in an advertising, branding, digital marketing, or creative agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, social media creatives, and integrated marketing projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in leading creative teams and managing client-facing projects.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or AI-powered creative tools is an added advantage.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Experience working with FMCG, retail, real estate, healthcare, or corporate brands is preferred.
