Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity & Protection

- Ensure the safety and security of the employer during travel, meetings, site visits, and public appearances.
- Remain alert to potential threats, suspicious activities, and security risks.
- Conduct basic security assessments of locations before arrival when required.
- Accompany the employer during business visits and provide close protection when necessary.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding business and personal matters.

Driving Responsibilities

- Safely transport the employer, family members, and authorized personnel.
- Plan routes considering traffic, security, and time efficiency.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, serviced, and maintained in excellent condition.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, insurance renewals, and routine inspections.
- Be available for local and outstation travel as required.

Administrative & Operational Support

- Assist with the secure handling and transportation of confidential documents, valuables, and company assets.
- Maintain records of travel, fuel expenses, tolls, and vehicle maintenance.




- Coordinate with office staff regarding schedules and travel plans.

Requirements

- Valid LMV Driving License with an excellent driving record.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a Driver, Security Personnel, Bodyguard, Armed Forces, Police, or Private Security Professional.
- Physically fit with good stamina and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
- Strong situational awareness and observational skills.
- Knowledge of defensive driving techniques.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and travel outstation when required.
