We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Video & Motion Graphics Editor who can create high-performing social media content, especially short-form videos like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok videos.

The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, a sharp eye for trends, and expertise in both traditional editing tools and modern AI-powered content creation workflows.

Responsibilities

- Create engaging short-form video content for social media platforms
- Edit reels, promotional videos, ads, and branded content
- Design motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, and viral formats
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to execute content strategies
- Use AI tools for video generation, image generation, background removal, voiceovers, and creative enhancement
- Optimize videos for different platforms and formats

Requirements

- Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics




- Strong portfolio showcasing reels and social media content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with AI tools for video and image generation
- Good understanding of pacing, sound design, typography, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work with rapid turnaround times and multiple projects

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of trending reel formats and meme culture
- Experience with AI tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Sora, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of color grading and audio editing
- Understanding of branding and performance-driven content

Bonus Points

- Experience creating content for brands or influencers
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms
- Ability to shoot basic content or direct creators
