About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, and data visualization, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into meaningful insights. Experience in the Healthcare or Pharma domain is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop.
- Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create visually compelling dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
- Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Publish, manage, and maintain dashboards on Tableau Server/Cloud.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks.
- Collaborate with business users, analysts, and data engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot dashboard issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance standards are followed.





Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Tableau Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Solid understanding of data visualization best practices.
- Experience creating KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards.
- Experience with data blending, joins, relationships, filters, parameters, calculated fields, and LOD expressions.
- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Healthcare or Pharma domain experience.
- Experience with Python, Power BI, or other BI tools.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Exposure to Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP is an added advantage.
- Tableau Certification is a plus.
