We are looking for a responsible, organized, and supportive Assistant Teacher / Mother Teacher for Grades 2 to 5, who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of an assigned class section. The ideal candidate will work closely with subject teachers, maintain classroom structure, and provide academic and administrative support to ensure effective teaching and learning.

The Assistant Teacher / Mother Teacher will be responsible for managing the class during subject periods, assisting teachers in delivering lessons, and ensuring that all academic activities, student work, and classroom processes remain organized and on track. The role requires flexibility, attentiveness, and a strong commitment to student development and classroom discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the assigned class section throughout the school day
- Support subject teachers during lessons by maintaining discipline and assisting students as needed
- Take responsibility for teaching the class in the absence of the subject teacher
- Assist in checking notebooks, worksheets, and assignments under the guidance of subject teachers
- Help prepare teaching-learning materials, classroom activities, and lesson plans




- Ensure timely completion of classwork and homework by students
- Maintain records, organize classroom resources, and ensure overall classroom readiness
- Monitor student behavior, participation, and well-being
- Coordinate with subject teachers to ensure academic continuity and smooth classroom operations
- Communicate important updates or concerns to the school leadership and relevant teachers

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
