Job Summary

Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a self driven creative and trend-savvy Corporate Reel Maker & Video Content Creator to produce engaging short-form videos for social media. The ideal candidate should be skilled in planning, shooting, editing, and publishing high-quality reels that strengthen our brand, promote our services, and enhance employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging corporate reels and short-form videos.
- Create content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Cover office events, employee achievements, interviews, training sessions, and behind-the-scenes activities.
- Develop creative concepts based on current social media trends and viral formats.
- Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, music, and visual effects to enhance videos.
- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and Management to create employer branding and promotional content.
- Publish videos according to the content calendar and optimize them for maximum reach and engagement.
- Use AI-powered tools to improve video editing, caption generation,



and content creation.
- Maintain an organized library of video footage and digital assets.
- Monitor reel performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and engagement.

Required Skills

- Experience in shooting videos using smartphones and DSLR/mirrorless cameras.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, VN, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, and basic graphic design.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook content trends.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, CapCut AI, Canva AI, and Adobe Firefly.
- Creative storytelling, attention to detail, and excellent video editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Media, Mass Communication, Film, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in corporate branding, digital marketing, or employer branding is an advantage.
- Basic photography, lighting, and audio recording knowledge is preferred.
