The Pilot Plant Officer is responsible for supporting scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot scale, ensuring smooth technology transfer, process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute pilot-scale batches based on lab-developed and processes
- Support scale-up and technology transfer from R&D; to manufacturing
- Operate and monitor pilot plant equipment
- Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and documentation
- Perform process troubleshooting and optimization studies
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry / Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Technology)
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering may be considered (experience-based)
Experience
- 2–5 years experience in a pilot plant, R&D;, in chemical /pharma
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge & Associated Hazard & PPE
- Hands-on experience with pilot-scale equipment
- Valuable analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, documentation systems)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
