Job Description

Aarambh News is looking for a creative and news-savvy Social Media Intern to support our digital growth across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Shorts/Reels. This role is ideal for freshers who want hands-on experience in news media, digital journalism, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in posting breaking news, reels, shorts, and updates on social media platforms
- Write engaging captions, headlines, hashtags, and post descriptions in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Coordinate with the video editor, graphic designer, and anchor for content publishing
- Monitor trends, viral topics, and current affairs for content ideas
- Help optimize posts according to social media algorithms
- Track basic analytics (views, reach, engagement) and prepare simple reports
- Ensure timely posting and consistency across platforms
- Maintain brand tone and credibility of Aarambh News

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Fresher or maximum 1 year experience
- Strong interest in news, politics, current affairs,



and social media
- Basic understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Twitter trends
- Good command over Hindi language (spoken & written)
- Basic knowledge of hashtags, captions, and social media trends
- Smartphone and basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced news environment

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

- Experience managing any Instagram page, YouTube channel, or meme/news page
- Basic knowledge of Canva, InShot, CapCut, or similar tools
- Awareness of Indian news media ecosystem
