Key Responsibilities – Management Trainee

1. Manufacturing & Operations:

· Learn and understand the complete manufacturing process including Body Preparation, Pressing, Drying, Glazing, Kiln Operations, Sorting, and Packing.

· Assist in production planning and monitoring production efficiency.

· Support inventory control and warehouse management activities.

· Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth operations and timely output.

2. Quality Control & Process Management:

· Gain knowledge of quality control systems and inspection procedures.

· Monitor sorting, packaging, and quality compliance processes.

· Assist in analyzing quality issues and implementing corrective actions.

· Handle customer quality-related queries and coordinate resolutions.

3. Sales & Marketing:

· Understand retail, showroom, dealer network, project sales, and institutional sales operations.

· Support project scanning activities and business opportunity identification.

· Assist in lead generation and sales conversion processes.





· Coordinate with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.

· Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.

· Support brand-building initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities.

4. Supply Chain & Logistics

· Learn procurement processes and vendor development activities.

· Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning.

· Coordinate dispatch schedules and logistics operations.

· Monitor supply chain performance and vendor compliance.

5. Product & Design Management

· Develop knowledge of tile categories, finishes, sizes, applications, and specifications.

· Study market trends, customer preferences, and emerging design concepts.

· Support development and promotion of cutting-edge product ranges.

· Coordinate with design and marketing teams for product positioning.

6. Finance & Commercial Operations

· Understand KYC verification and statutory compliance requirements.

· Assist in debtor and creditor management, including payment tracking and credit limits.

· Learn cost management principles, budgeting processes, and ROI analysis.

· Support preparation of financial and commercial reports.

7. Human Resources

· Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction activities.

· Assist in organizing training and employee development programs.

· Support performance management and employee review systems.

· Coordinate employee engagement and counselling initiatives.

8. Management & Leadership Development

· Work closely with department heads to understand business functions.

· Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.

· Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates.

· Develop problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
