Cradle Women's & Children's Hospital is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, branding, and healthcare marketing while ensuring all creatives reflect the hospital's values and identity.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design social media posts, reels covers, stories, banners, and advertisements.
- Create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, standees, and pamphlets.
- Develop creative designs for hospital campaigns, health awareness programs, and recruitment drives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Edit and retouch photos for promotional purposes.
- Design logos, icons, illustrations, and other branding assets when required.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Create engaging visuals for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Design presentation materials for internal meetings and external events.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors when required.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and social media design styles.




- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or Figma.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Creativity with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and time management skills.

Qualifications

- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or any related field.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Experience of 0–3 years is preferred.
