Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple D2C and healthcare brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads, and be responsible for driving ROAS, CPL, and CAC through strategic campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROAS.
- Create and optimize campaign structures for awareness, consideration, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Set up and manage GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager tracking.
- Collaborate with creative, SEO, and social media teams.
- Identify growth opportunities through competitor analysis and audience optimization.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager.




- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
- Experience managing YouTube Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and D2C marketing funnels.

Good to Have

- Experience with Click-to-WhatsApp Ads.
- Knowledge of Shopify or WooCommerce tracking.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Experience with D2C health, wellness, or nutraceutical brands.
