Position: Export Assistant

Department: Sales & Marketing – International Business

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Export Manager to oversee and expand our international business operations. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in export sales, lead generation, international market development, and export documentation within the manufacturing industry. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills to ensure smooth export operations and business growth.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in export sales and international business development in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in export documentation and shipment coordination.
- Demonstrated success in international lead generation and customer acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, generate, and qualify export leads through online platforms, trade portals, exhibitions, and market research.
- Develop new international customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients.




- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies.
- Achieve export sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Export Documentation & Compliance

- Prepare, review, and coordinate export documentation, including commercial invoice, packing list, Proforma Invoice etc.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and country-specific import/export policies.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, banks, and logistics partners for timely shipment execution.
- Handle the complete export order cycle from inquiry to shipment and payment realization.
- Coordinate with production, planning, quality, dispatch, and finance departments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
