We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our laser and aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will manage client interactions, appointments, and administrative tasks while delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp queries, and walk-in clients efficiently.
- Coordinate with therapists and doctors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain client records, billing, and payment processing.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle client concerns politely and escalate when required.
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum [1–2] years of experience in a clinic, salon, or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in aesthetic/dermatology clinic is a plus.
- Sales-oriented mindset with upselling ability.
- Knowledge of skincare treatments and services.
