Hiring: IT Executive – ERP Support & Implementation

JK Masale is looking for an experienced and proactive IT Executive to manage ERP implementation, support, and system optimization to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ ERP implementation, installation, and configuration.

✔ Provide day-to-day ERP system support and troubleshoot issues.

✔ Coordinate with internal departments for ERP-related requirements and process improvements.

✔ Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operations.

✔Manage user access, data integrity, and basic security controls.

✔ Assist in ERP upgrades, testing, and system documentation.

✔ Conduct end-user training on ERP processes and functionalities.

✔ Coordinate with external vendors for ERP support and enhancements.

Key Skills Required:





✔ Hands-on experience in ERP implementation and installation.

✔ Solid understanding of computer systems and ERP workflows.

✔ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

✔ Good communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.

✔ Experience with ERP solutions such as SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, Tally Prime, or similar platforms will be preferred.

Qualification:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Tech, B.Com, or equivalent.

* ERP certification will be an added advantage
