We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Jr. Strategy Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Strategy Desk by monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing trading strategies, providing real-time assistance to traders, and ensuring smooth execution of strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the strategy team in the development, testing, and execution of trading strategies.
- Monitor algorithmic and manual strategies in real time, ensuring they function as expected.
- Analyze market data, performance reports, and KPIs to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance summaries for management.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and optimize trading algorithms.
- Maintain documentation for strategies, processes, and operational workflows.
- Assist in backtesting, scenario analysis, and risk assessments for new strategies.
- Provide operational support during live trading sessions.

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.




- 1–2 years of experience in trading operations, market analysis, or strategy support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Python, SQL, or other analytical tools is a plus.
- Understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in algorithmic or quantitative trading environments.
- Knowledge of market data feeds, FIX protocol, and order management systems.
- Ability to interpret backtest results and strategy performance metrics.
