- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
- Create and maintain ledgers, groups, and voucher entries.
- Manage sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliation in Tally.
- Generate GST-compliant invoices and maintain GST records.
- Prepare and file GST returns using Tally reports.
- Manage inventory, stock items, and stock valuation.
- Process payroll and maintain employee salary records .
- Generate financial reports such as Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation.
- Perform data backup, restore, and ensure data security.
- Assist during audits by providing Tally reports and supporting documents.
- Ensure accounting data is accurate and complies with statutory requirements.
