Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Intern to support the recruitment and management of our growing telecalling team. You will play a key role in screening candidates, coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and tracking performance.

This is a hands-on internship where you will gain real HR operations experience while working closely with the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and filter applications received for Telecaller roles.
- Schedule and conduct telephonic/video interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and training for selected candidates.
- Maintain attendance, performance, and incentive tracking for callers.
- Act as the first point of contact for caller queries/issues.




- Assist in building HR systems and processes for scaling the team.

Who We’re Looking For

- Students or fresh graduates in HR / Management (preferred, not mandatory).
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a startup environment.
