We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter with strong knowledge of OPT/CPT hiring and US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing OPT candidates, working with job portals, and coordinating with vendors and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Key Skills:
- Experience in OPT / US IT Recruitment
- Positive understanding of OPT, CPT, and F1 visa processes
- Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed
- Strong communication and coordination skills
