Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Salary

- ₹1.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA
- Salary will be based on communication skills, interview performance, and relevant experience.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome.
- 0–3 years of experience in Voice Process, BPO, Customer Support, or Healthcare Process is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Schedule appointments and maintain customer records in the system.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Update customer interactions and follow company processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Any Graduate.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Experience in Voice Process/BPO/Customer Support is an added advantage.
- Good English communication skills.



Regional language proficiency is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
