1.Looking for an energetic HR qualified with 5–6 years of experience in recruitment, staff training, employee engagement, and basic HR operations.
2.Candidate should have solid people management skills and experience handling frontline teams in hospitality, retail, entertainment, QSR, or similar industries.
3.Responsible for employee hiring, onboarding, grooming standards, training calendars, attendance discipline, and improving customer service culture across the facility.
4.Must be proactive, execution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entertainment environment with direct interaction with operations teams.
5.Position will directly report to the Founders and play a key role in building team culture, operational discipline, and service excellence at Zapp, Ludhiana.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
