Job Description

- xperience in working with System Integrators, especially in Conventional & Addressable Fire Alarm and Analog/IP PA Systems.

- Solid technical understanding of fire alarm and public address systems.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to analyze sales data and implement result-driven strategies.

- Proficient in Excel and regular MIS reporting.

- Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to customer management.

- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Roles & Responsibility

- Manage Project Sales, Channel Sales, and Distribution Sales.

- Conduct cold calling, customer engagement, and business generation activities.

- Drive business growth in alignment with the company’s vision and targets.

- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with business partners through frequent visits and training.





- Provide technical and business support to partners.

- Arrange product demonstrations at client sites in coordination with the Business Development Department.

- Create strong brand awareness in the market to boost sales, volume, and revenue.

- Analyze business potential and implement plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Prepare and submit daily MIS reports in Excel for internal and external performance assessments.

- Engage with channels, architects, consultants, builders, MEP contractors, and industrial clients.

Required Qualification: Graduation/Diploma in any relevant field
