At Leapswitch Networks, we're looking for a Revenue Assurance Manager who will play a critical role in strengthening our cash flow, optimizing the accounts receivable lifecycle, and driving healthy revenue operations.

This isn't just a collections role. We're looking for a finance skilled who can build strong client relationships, streamline recovery strategies, resolve billing challenges, and collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure predictable revenue realization.

What You'll Own

✅ Drive end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Revenue Assurance operations.
✅ Improve cash flow by reducing outstanding receivables and optimizing DSO.
✅ Manage high-value B2B customer accounts while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
✅ Lead payment negotiations and proactively resolve billing and service-related disputes.
✅ Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical teams to ensure seamless revenue realization.
✅ Monitor collection performance, prepare MIS reports,



and identify opportunities to improve the revenue cycle.
✅ Ensure compliance, process accuracy, and continuous improvement across AR operations.

We're Looking For

✔ 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or B2B Collections.
✔ Strong expertise in cash flow management and receivables optimization.
✔ Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
✔ Knowledge with ERP/Accounting platforms such as Zoho, SAP Tally, or similar.
✔ Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
✔ Knowledge in IT, SaaS, Cloud, Telecom, or subscription-based businesses will be an added advantage.
