Job Title: Assistant Professor – MBA

Department: Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or an equivalent qualification in a relevant specialization from a recognized university.
- Ph.D. completed or currently pursuing in a relevant management discipline.
- Candidates should meet the applicable regulatory norms (UGC/AICTE or other relevant authorities), where required.
- Prior teaching, research, or industry experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, research, and student mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver postgraduate MBA courses as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.




- Mentor students in academics, projects, internships, and research activities.
- Conduct and publish research, and participate in conferences, seminars, and faculty development programs.
- Contribute to curriculum development, departmental initiatives, accreditation, and institutional quality assurance activities.
- Participate in examinations, academic administration, and other institutional responsibilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
