Job Description - For Hiring Cook/Chef

Position: Cook / Chef

Location: Hoshiarpur near parbhat chownk

Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Cook / Chef to prepare delicious, hygienic, and consistent meals for our restaurant/home kitchen/canteen.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Prep: Prepare daily menu items with proper taste, quality and presentation

Menu Planning: Assist in planning weekly/monthly menus and managing ingredients

Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and follow food safety standards

Inventory: Manage stock, minimize wastage, and inform for grocery/vegetable purchases

Timings: Ensure food is ready on time for service

Teamwork: Coordinate with helpers and serving staff

Requirements:

Experience: 2-5 years experience in Indian, Chinese, or multi-cuisine cooking

Skills: Valuable knowledge of spices, portion control, and plating

Qualities: Fast, hygienic, reliable, and able to work under pressure

Education: Hotel management diploma preferred but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
