Proactive For Her is a women's healthcare organization dedicated to providing accessible, evidence-based, and compassionate care. Our multidisciplinary team focuses on preventive, reproductive, sexual, and mental healthcare for women.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct OPD consultations for women across all age groups.
- Diagnose and manage common gynaecological conditions.
- Provide preventive healthcare, routine check-ups, and cervical cancer screening.
- Counsel patients on contraception and family planning options.
- Diagnose and manage menstrual disorders, PCOS, vaginal infections, pelvic pain, and other gynaecological concerns.
- Evaluate and manage fertility-related cases, referring patients when required.
- Perform and interpret pelvic examinations, Pap smears, and basic in-clinic procedures.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, psychologists, nutritionists, and other specialists to provide holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Follow evidence-based clinical protocols and uphold ethical medical practice.
- Participate in patient education initiatives and awareness programs when required.
Qualifications
- MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
- Valid Karnataka Medical Council (KMC/NMC) registration.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience preferred (fresh postgraduates may also apply).
- Strong communication and patient counselling skills.
- Commitment to empathetic, patient-centric care.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in outpatient gynaecology.
- Interest in preventive women's healthcare.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills.
