Job Responsibilities:
Maintenance planning and execution for the advance automation engine assembly facility by

- Preventive maintenance adherence along with continuos improvement in check sheet based on equipment maintenance experience
- Predictive maintenance execution and countermeasures on observed abnormality
- Quick response on breakdown maintenance and according implementation of countermeasures horizontal deployment on other equipment
- Proactive support to production by installing reliable quality assurance POKA Yoke by inhouse resources
- Basic knowhow of ISO standard (ISO9001, ISO14001).
- Knowledge of Calibration: Nutrunner,Cosmo leak tester, Electric Pulse tools
- Manage spare parts inventory

Functional/Technical:
Work experience require for the Hardware selection, installtion standard,



programming and troubleshooting for

- Mitsubishi PLC series of Q,iQ-R
- Communication network (CCLink, CC Link-IE, Ethernet etc) architecture etc.
- Yamaha and IAI multi axis Robo cylinders working knowhow
- Mitsubishi Servo MRJ4, MRJ5
- Fanuc Robot working & diagnosis experience
- Smart sensors & Vision camera (Make: Keyence, Omron, Cognex)
- Omron RFID V680
- Nutrunner System of Dai Ichi, Atlas Copco, IR, Uryu
- Cosmo Leak test systems
- 3 phase induction motor and VFD control
- Servo press - DDK, Janome
- SMC Electrical Actuators diagnosis & repair.
- Working experience on Sedick make Motoring and firing test bench, Bearing selection machine.
