About the Role

We are looking for a driven Key Account Executive (KAE) to support the execution of Modern Trade (MT). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing store operations, ensuring product availability, and driving in-store execution across key retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations for assigned Modern Trade & LMT accounts.
- Ensure timely order booking, product availability, and replenishment.
- Execute in-store promotions, merchandising, and visibility initiatives.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for seamless execution.




- Track secondary sales and monitor outlet-level performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with store managers and category teams.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Support the Key Account Manager in account execution and business growth.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Modern Trade/LMT.
- Experience in FMCG, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Hygiene, or Baby Care categories.
- Strong execution, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Good analytical and communication abilities.
