Key Responsibilities

- Video Production & Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos, including short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks) and long-form content (ads, explainers, corporate videos).
- Creative Enhancements: Integrate seamless transitions, motion graphics, kinetic typography, titles, and basic animations to elevate video production value.
- Audio Engineering: Edit sound tracks, clean up dialogue, mix audio, and select appropriate royalty-free background music and sound effects (SFX).
- Color Grading: Perform qualified color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency and a cinematic look.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, scriptwriters, and the marketing team to understand project goals and deliver on brand guidelines.
- File Management: Organize, back up, and maintain raw footage, project files, and final assets systematically.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, social media video algorithms,



and editing styles.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven, hands-on experience as a Video Editor (Agency or corporate experience is a plus).
- Software Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
- Portfolio: A strong showreel or portfolio link demonstrating past video editing and motion graphics work is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, sound design, and continuity.
- Location: Must be a local resident of Hyderabad or able to commute to our Hyderabad office location.
- Soft Skills: Ability to handle constructive feedback, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
