QSR Field Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month
Location: South Kolkata

Job Responsibilities

- Visit assigned QSR outlets regularly to monitor daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with company hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and staff to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor manpower availability.
- Conduct outlet audits and submit daily field visit reports.
- Ensure timely implementation of company policies and operational guidelines.
- Follow up on maintenance, inventory.
- Maintain effective communication between outlets and the head office.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, or field operations.
- Two-wheeler (Bike) with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
