About the Role

Rajat Ajmera Interiors is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the smooth financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions.
- Prepare GST invoices and assist with GST-related documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- Manage vendor payments and follow up on receivables.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Coordinate with the CA for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Generate financial reports as required by management.
- Maintain organized financial documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.




- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and basic accounting software.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in the interior design, construction, or related industry is preferred.
