Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or Dip in Mechanical and Diploma in Industrial safety from recognised board

Pref : BE/B.Tech with Industrial safety from RLI
Experience: 3 to 5 Years and 9 to 10 years

Reporting To: Operations Head

Key note

· Proven experiences as safety officer and should have worked in a heavy engineering industrial Production,

· In addition to factory location, the individual will be responsible for safety working condition of project sites at different location

· Knowledge of 5S, Poke-Yoke, Kaizen, Six sigma, 7 QC tools etc..

· Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus

Responsibilities,

· Support the development of OHS policies and programs





· Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)

· Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures

· Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation

· Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives

· Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)

· Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.

· Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy

· Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
