Job Description

We are hiring an Insurance Verification & Eligibility Executive to join our healthcare revenue cycle management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, eligibility, and perks to ensure accurate billing and smooth claim processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits with insurance providers
- Check coverage details including deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and authorization requirements
- Update and maintain accurate insurance information in billing systems
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve eligibility-related issues
- Coordinate with billing and AR teams to ensure clean claims submission
- Follow HIPAA and compliance guidelines at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in Insurance Verification / Eligibility Checking (US Healthcare preferred)




- Knowledge of US insurance plans (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial plans)
- Familiarity with medical billing and RCM workflows
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet daily productivity targets

Experience

- Freshers with good US healthcare knowledge may also apply
