Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for field sales activities, including visiting prospective customers, generating leads, onboarding customers to our subscription plans, and achieving weekly and monthly sales targets. Cold calling will be a secondary responsibility to support lead generation and follow-ups. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field sales activities by visiting prospective customers and generating business opportunities.
Explain the company's subscription plans and their benefits to potential customers.
Convert leads into customers by effectively closing sales.
Onboard new customers for subscription plans.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular field visits and follow-ups.
Make outbound cold calls as a secondary activity to support lead generation and customer follow-up.
Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Stay updated on company offerings and promotional campaigns.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Customer Service.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
Candidates from Pondicherry or nearby locations are preferred.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
