Job Title: Telecaller – IT Services

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development team. Candidates with experience in IT services, software sales, or telecalling will be preferred.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company's IT products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-up activities.
- Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the Sales/Business Development team.
- Explain the company's offerings, including ERP, CRM, HRMS, Accounting Software, Mobile Applications, Web Applications, Digital Marketing, Cloud Solutions, and Customized Software.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients to nurture leads and increase conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling, lead generation, and appointment targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams for seamless lead handover.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Required Skills & Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of IT services, software products, or SaaS solutions is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
