About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Media Sales Manager with experience in an advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating advertising revenue, acquiring new clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting media solutions across print, digital, outdoor, and magazine advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, corporate clients, and real estate developers.
- Sell advertising space across magazines, digital media, outdoor media, and other advertising platforms.
- Identify potential clients and conduct meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, media plans, and advertising packages based on client requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close advertising deals.
- Coordinate with the creative, content, and operations teams to ensure timely campaign execution.




- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising opportunities.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain excellent client service.

Required Skills

- 2–6 years of experience in media sales, preferably with an advertising agency.
- Strong knowledge of advertising, media planning, and brand marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
