We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Counselor with a proven track record in the MBBS Abroad vertical. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of international medical education systems, foreign university admissions, and the specific concerns of Indian medical aspirants and their parents.

As a specialist in this domain, you will be responsible for guiding students through the complex journey of securing a medical seat overseas, ensuring they choose the right destination and institution for their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Consultation & Conversion: Conduct detailed counseling sessions with students and parents to explain the benefits, eligibility, and curriculum of MBBS programs in countries such as Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Egypt, and others.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, from qualifying leads to closing admissions and ensuring successful enrollment.
- Documentation Oversight: Guide students through the application process, including documentation, eligibility certificates (NMC/MCI), visa processing, and apostille requirements.
- Market Expertise: Stay updated on the latest National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines, FMGE/NExT regulations, and international university rankings.
- Relationship Building:



Maintain strong rapport with prospective leads through consistent follow-ups via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and seasonal admission targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of core experience in sales/counseling specifically for the MBBS Abroad industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the admission cycles, fee structures, and living conditions in major medical education hubs abroad.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and [Insert Regional Language if applicable].
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and convincing skills with a "counseling-first" approach to sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field
