About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Architect to lead the architectural planning, design, and execution of diverse infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, sound technical knowledge, project management capabilities, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams from concept through project completion.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead architectural planning, concept development, schematic design, and detailed design for commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential projects.

· Prepare, review, and approve concept drawings, working drawings, construction drawings, and technical specifications.

· Develop site layouts, master plans, building plans, elevations, sections, and detailed architectural drawings.

· Coordinate with Civil, Structural, MEP, HVAC, ELV, Interior Design, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless project execution.

· Attend client meetings, consultant coordination meetings, design reviews, and technical discussions.

· Conduct site visits to monitor architectural execution, resolve design-related issues, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.

· Review material specifications, façade systems, finishes,



and architectural products while identifying value engineering opportunities.

· Support feasibility studies, project planning, tender documentation, and technical bid evaluations.

· Coordinate statutory approvals, authority submissions, and consultant documentation required for project execution.

· Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations.

· Mentor junior architects and design engineers by providing technical guidance and promoting design excellence.

· Maintain proper documentation, revision control, and adherence to company design standards.

Quaifications and Requirements

· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).

· Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.

· Proven experience in commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential building projects.

· Experience in multidisciplinary engineering or EPC environments will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
