KM&N; Media LLP is looking for a results-driven Ads Manager/Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should be skilled in running lead-generation campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and achieving strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and remarketing.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets and scale high-performing campaigns.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, UTMs, and analytics.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaigns.
- Work with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads – mandatory.




- Robust understanding of paid advertising, lead generation, targeting, bidding, and campaign optimization.
- 3 years experience preferred (overall).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience generating leads for service-based businesses is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and optimize them for better ROI.

Preferred

- Experience managing both Google and Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of remarketing, retargeting, and full-funnel advertising.
- Basic understanding of CRO and landing page optimization.
- Familiarity with AI tools for ad creatives, research, and campaign workflows.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
