Job Title: Site Engineer – Civil

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer – Civil to manage construction activities in office, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Manage material usage and ensure proper inventory control
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
- 1–5 years of experience in construction/site supervision (freshers can apply if specified)
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site and handle pressure

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in residential/commercial projects
- Knowledge of estimation and billing
- Understanding of safety standards and site documentation

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
