- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical panels, lighting, sockets, switches, and distribution boards.
- Carry out plumbing maintenance, including pipelines, valves, faucets, pumps, and sanitary fixtures.
- Attend minor carpentry, painting, masonry, and false ceiling repair works.
- Monitor and maintain DG sets, UPS, pumps, STP/WTP, and other utility equipment.
- Support maintenance of fire alarm, fire hydrant, and firefighting systems.
- Record daily maintenance activities and update logbooks and checklists.
- Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Coordinate with supervisors and contractors for major maintenance activities.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
