Senior Executive - IPQA

Job Description





Responsible for ensuring compliance with GMP (Positive Manufacturing Practices) and quality systems throughout manufacturing operations. The role involves batch documentation review, in-process quality assurance activities, sample management, vendor qualification support, validation activities, document control, and coordination for product release.

1. Line clearance for production operations.

2. Review of BMR, BFR, BPR.

3. In - process QA functions.

4. Control sample management.

5. Collection of In process / Finished product and customer samples.

6. Compilation of APQR data with trend analysis.

7. Participation in process validation, hold time studies etc.

8. Co-ordination for batch release.

9. Routine GMP verification in production and warehouse, production and all other departments.

10. Co-ordination and review of vendor management documents, compilation of vendor assessment reports.

11. Document Archival management as on when required.

Issuance and control Formats, SOPs, Specifications and Batch Records.
