The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, attendance management, performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection
- Understand manpower requirements from departments.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements.
- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate technical and final interviews.
- Issue offer letters and appointment letters.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Complete joining formalities.
- Collect employee documents.
- Create employee files.
- Conduct induction programs.
- Coordinate ID cards, email IDs, and other onboarding requirements.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance.
- Maintain leave records.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports.
- Coordinate with payroll for attendance and leave data.
4. Payroll Support
- Verify attendance data.
- Process overtime and incentives.
- Coordinate salary processing.
- Prepare salary-related reports.
5. Employee Records
- Maintain employee personal files.
- Update HRMS/Excel records.
- Issue employment-related letters:
- Confirmation Letter
- Experience Letter
- Relieving Letter
- Increment Letter
- Promotion Letter
- Warning Letter
6. Statutory Compliance
- Support compliance with:
- PF
- ESI
- Gratuity
- Bonus
- Labour Welfare Fund
- Shops & Establishment Act / Factories Act
