We are looking for a Billing Executive with 2–5 years of experience to manage billing operations for infrastructure, EPC, or construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process client invoices and contractor bills
- Verify work orders, BOQs, measurements, and supporting documents
- Coordinate with project, accounts, and procurement teams
- Track billing status, payment follow-ups, and outstanding invoices
- Prepare RA bills, final bills, and reconciliation statements
- Maintain billing records and documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate billing as per contract terms
- Generate MIS reports related to billing and receivables

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Engineering
- 2–5 years of billing experience,



preferably in EPC, Construction, Renewable Energy, or Infrastructure projects
- Good knowledge of BOQs, RA Bills, GST, and invoice documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally/SAP (preferred)
- Robust attention to detail and coordination skills

Preferred

- Experience handling Solar, Wind, Substation, or Transmission Line project billing.
- Knowledge of client billing procedures and contract documentation.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
