Purpose of the role:

- To execute CSR initiatives that aligns with Equitas Vision & Mission
- Improving the quality of life of underprivileged families
- To add value & to help the existing business teams in Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

a. To organize Health Camps for the communities / low income households

b. To organize income generating trainings to women by deploying part time trainers

c. To help the women entrepreneurs to market their produce / handicrafts through market linkages / by organizing exhibitions

d. To coordinate with Placement Manager and organize job fairs for helping unemployed youth getting job opportunity

e. To interact with internal / external employees for organizing Voluntary initiatives like " Joy of Giving " " Blood Donation" Drives ...etc

f. Should be resourceful and explore synergies and organize Commemorations like " World Environment Day ", " Disabled Day " ....etc

a. Immediate Supervisor (AVP )

b. DDM /AM/ Branch Teams of Equitas Small Finance Bank

c. MIS Team @ H.O

Desired Experience:





· M/F with 6 Months to 1 year experience in NGO / development sector

· Languages : Should speak, read and write in Kannada, English & fluency in other Regional Languages are value addition

· Computer/technical skills (if any) : Basic Computer knowledge / MS Office Application

Qualifications:

· If Graduate: BSW/ Any bachelor graduate with at least 1 Year NGO / Social Work

· Post-graduation: MSW with at least 6 months to 1 Year experience

· Qualified Qualifications: Not required

· Certifications (please specify):Not required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
