We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing design development, coordinating with consultants and execution teams, handling client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept design to final execution.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into cutting-edge, functional design solutions.
- Prepare and review concept designs, layouts, working drawings, 3D visualizations, and construction documentation.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.




- Manage project timelines, budgets, and design deliverables.
- Supervise junior architects and designers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and procurement teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Review BOQs, material specifications, and technical documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement practical solutions to ensure timely completion.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
